Orders

When you order, we process your name, address, e-mail, phone number, monogram choices and the message for your card in order to deliver the set. Payment is handled by Stripe and we never see your card details. Accounting law requires us to keep records for 5 years.

Mailing list

If you join the list, we store your e-mail, language and the time you signed up so we can write to you about Name & Needle, for example when ordering opens. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of our e-mails or writing to us, and we will delete your address.

Who we share data with

Cloudflare (hosting the site, the mailing list and our e-mail), Stripe (payment), the carrier (delivery), Gelato (printing the card with your message) and the embroidery workshop in Horsens or Flensburg (initials and thread only).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for analytics or marketing. Stripe sets its own necessary cookies on the payment page.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to hej@nameandneedle.com. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
