About the card
Mulberry silk
Robe, mask and bonnet are made of 100 % mulberry silk: lustrous face, matte back, cool against the skin. The silk takes embroidery well, but it is fine. Treat it accordingly.
Care: machine wash at 30 °C or below, inside out in a laundry bag. Use a mild silk detergent and let it dry in the air. It keeps its softness and sheen for years.

Questions
When will the set arrive?
We embroider the initials and ship the set within about 10 working days after you have approved the embroidery.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by 4 December. Each set is embroidered for you and then shipped.
Will it arrive before Valentine's Day?
Yes. The last order date for delivery before 14 February is 27 January.
Can I cancel a set with a monogram?
A set with embroidered initials is made to your specification. Personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, so you cannot normally cancel once the embroidery has started.
If the product is faulty, your statutory rights always apply. You approve the initials and thread before we stitch.
What size is the robe?
The robe comes in one size. It is short and loosely cut with wide sleeves and a tie belt, so it fits most people.
How do I care for the silk?
The silk can be machine washed at 30 °C or below, inside out in a laundry bag with a mild silk detergent. Dry it flat in the air.
Can I buy the sleep mask or bonnet on its own?
No. The robe, mask and bonnet are sold together as one set.
Where is the embroidery done?
Orders from Denmark are embroidered in Horsens, orders from Germany in Flensburg. The initials are sewn in satin stitch on the left chest, and you approve them before we start.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card details.
